International Marine Limited WarrantyThe following limited warranty applies to all new boats: West Wight Potter 15 and 19 Voyager 19 and Sanibel 18. All parts (Hull, Deck and Liner) are guaranteed against structural defects in workmanship for a period of 3 (three) years from the original date of purchase, to the original owner listed by the manufacturer/factory. Gelcoat crazing which naturally occurs in fiberglass construction is exempt from our warranty. Gelcoat colors are subject to fading from UV exposure and are exempt. All other parts and accessories purchased and installed by the manufacturer/factory as original equirment are covered by the original manufacturer's guarantee, not to exceed one year. Any defective parts must be returned FOB to factory for either replacement or repair at factory's discretion. Ordinary use, neglect, misuse or abuse are not covered by this warranty. |
