What angle of heel should I expect in heavy wind conditions? 2004-09-12 Potters sail best "on their feet," heeling much less than round-bottom boats of similar size. You might heel pretty sharply in gusts but if the angle of heel is near 15 degrees it is probably time to reduce sail. |
